Accommodations Part 3

And now for some current photos. Yes the second bedroom is a mess but there is a bed if someone visits. And a lot of that mess will be cleaned up when I find a side table and bookcase for pictures and books. I also have a print of Annapolis that I scored for $5 that will hang over the tv once I get it framed.

Accommodations Part 2

Well they say a picture says a thousand words so I will just post the before pics of the apartment. I will follow up in Part 3 with current photos.

Accommodations Part 1

When I first moved to the area I rented a room near base. I thought I might want to remain close to base but really just did not like the thought of living in an apartment complex. Anyone who knows me knows I am a bit of a history buff. So Annapolis seemed the perfect fit. I found an apartment right down in the historic area...and in future posts you will probably think it has not been renovated since the time the picture below was taken - the 1800’s. Trust me, I asked the same question.

Introduction

It came as a recommendation that I create a blog like one I had done in Afghanistan. I have been in the area for 2 months but will start the blog with my move to Annapolis this month. Don’t worry, you haven’t missed anything. I will occasionally post pics from places I travel to for work. I won’t say why I am there so don’t bother asking. Once Cotton joins me expect his perspective on things too.
